Admin application

My real name is Facundo and i'm 13 years old. My real nickname is Genesis. I don't have a working headset with mic, but i have a laptop with mic. I played in the server approximately 2 or 3 months. (Not counting the hours)
I want to be an admin on the server because there are too many hackers, every day i report one or two hackers, also the admins never connect to the server and there are alot of hackers every day.
I want to eliminate those hacks of the server "Kick or ban". Everyday, i connect to the server approximately 4 or 5 daily hours and i have +4000 score...



I speak spanish and english, i know some administrator commands, because i was admin in another server (I don't say his name because it's spam)
I'm very exciting e.e
Anyway...I'll be waiting for the admins answer
