Prefected Dinacti's Admin Application

Hello, My Name is Prefected Dinacti , my real name is Youssef , but You can call me Prefected or Joe , my name in game is ''[WOF]Prefected'', I'm 17 years old, I have a Good Headset with mic to talk on skype , I was using it to talk with some other friends in an old server , and it was very usefull , you can find my user name on skype on my profile details, I'm a moroccain who joined Samp 3 years ago , I speak a very good English , arabe and french.
I have been playing in this server since 6 mounths , but i stoped playing for a while because of some important exams, but now im playing again,and I really enjoyed, and I would like to be an Official admin because I loved the server and everyone knows that hackers never sleep , I always find like 6 or 7 hackers per day , but I just keep watching without a capability to do anything about exept reporting, but most of the time admins arr absent , so I said it will be a good thing if I helped the server and keep it clean from unfair players and cheaters, it may can give new players a chance to know the server's rules and objectives, then they can enjoy.
